USE OF ELECTRONIC RESOURCES
Students may have opportunities to use electronic resources, such as computers, software, research services, on-line services, and internet services. As the purchaser of those services, the Board may have certain legal and contractual obligations, and as the users of those services, the students may have obligations. Therefore, as a condition to using those resources, students agree to comply with all legal and contractual obligations imposed on them or the board relating to the use of those resources. These provisions include limitations on copying or redistributing programs and information; transmitting inappropriate material; and tampering with or destroying these resources.
