Welcome to Tuscaloosa City Schools. Our students spend a minimum of six hours a day in school and our school year is 175 days. The system’s goal is to provide each student the opportunity to receive a world class education while preparing them to be productive citizens in the community. The Student/Parent Resource Guide and Code of Student Conduct is designed to assist students and parents in understanding the daily operations of our schools and insure a safe secure environment for teaching and learning.
