When you check your mail, you will be presented with the following screens (click the image for a larger picture of the screen). Note that you can click on the DmailWeb Users Guide for general information.
When you first go to the webmail site you will need to enter in your NOVELL userid and password (note: This uses your Novell ID - when you change your NOVELL password that change is reflected here). Once you have entered in your userid and password you will need to select your school from the drop-down bar and click the "Login" button. Example: If Burns Carnes wants to check her email, she would enter in "BCARNES" as the userid and her Novell password. She would then click on the pull-down button next to "Select School", select "Central Office" as the location and click the login button.
This page allows you to type in your full name where it says "Your Name". This is optional - you do not have to do anything here other than to click "Save Config". IMPORTANT!!! Do NOT make any changes to the "Default Reply Address" field. This is where you can read and/or delete your email. Note that you will only see email which you have not read via Pegasus mail yet. Nor will you be able to access your Pegasus Mail folders at this time.
