IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENT

State of Alabama Certificate(s) of Immunization, must be received by the principal prior to enrolling a child in school. Certificates must be maintained in the student's permanent record as documentation that the student has completed, is in the process of completing or is exempted from immunizations according to the Rules of The State Board of Health.

Procedures will be developed and implemented to ensure that the board policy is enforced.
