"What I love most about watching students learn and grow is seeing them connect today's actions to tomorrow's opportunities and realizing they're ready for what's next.  I get to witness students move from asking, "Can I really do this?" to looking back and saying, "I did that."  Watching them step into college-level coursework, discover career paths, and gain confidence in themselves is what makes this work so meaningful."
