NMS Jag Family,

It is my honor to be the first to welcome you to the 2022-2023 school year at Northridge Middle School. I am excited to lead our school into what I believe will be the best school year ever! I have had the privilege of meeting many great people this summer and see that great things happen at NMS. But, I also believe even greater days are ahead.

My goal for this year is to provide a well-rounded middle school experience for everyone so that each student feels they are part of the Jag family. My goal is that we connect with each student in ways that make them WANT to be at NMS; not just that they have to be here. I want NMS to be the bridge between Rock Quarry, TASPA, Verner and Northridge HS that takes our students to heights never before imagined in academics, athletics, and citizenship. Excellence is the expectation in all areas and knowing what it means to be a JAG should be clearly defined by everyone. To accomplish that we want everyone to know that…

August 10, 2022 is the first day for students for the 2022-2023 school year but is also the day that will define our future in what it means to be a JAG. I cannot wait to meet our returning students at Open House on Thursday, August 4^th from 4:00-6:00 PM and our 6^th grade and new students at our Open House celebration on Monday, August 8^th from 4:00-6:00 PM to begin work alongside our teachers, parents, and community to provide a safe and secure learning environment where students flourish and feel the love of being a JAG. This school year is going to be the best ever! #GoJags!!!
