Hello, I'm Jasmine Donaldson, and I am one of the Assistant Principals at PWBHS. I've been an educator for over 18 years and served at Bryant for the last 7 years. I've served the students of Bryant as a teacher, a literacy coach, and as an assistant principal. I received my Bachelors of Education from Alabama State University, a Masters in Post-Secondary Language Arts from Troy University, and a Masters in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama. I believe that all students are unique and need a school that caters to their individual needs in a safe and stimulating environment. I want to help lead in creating a school where students can flourish and explore to reach their full potential. It is my responsibility as an educational leader to ensure that every child’s emotional, social and academic needs are being met and that there are structures in place to support a personalised learning environment that values student agency, providing time and space for learners’ voice, choice and ownership of their learning.
"If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader."
