Dr. Erica Grant
Erica Grant was born and raised in Tuscaloosa. She graduated from Central High School and completed the cosmetology program at Shelton State Community College in 2008 and the instructors’ program in 2011.
She graduated from Stillman College in 2019 with a Bachelors in Business Administration, earned a Master’s in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from the University of West Alabama, and a Ph.D. in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University.
She is the owner of The Charm Academy, Charming Kreations Salon, Thrifty Charm Boutique, and co-owner of Catch A Taste Food Truck.
Dr. Grant serves with various Tuscaloosa youth organizations, and founded the GEMS Ministry for girls at the Oasis Baptist Church.
She is married to David Grant, Jr. and is the mother of five children; Marcus, David III, Eric, Dylen and Paizley and grandmother to Marleii, Jacie and Tailyn. The Grant family is active in the Oasis Baptist Church.
