Clint Mountain

Clint Mountain is the newest member of the Tuscaloosa City Schools Board of Education, representing District 4. Mountain officially began his term on May 19, 2025

A lifelong Tuscaloosa resident, Mountain is the managing partner at Mountain & Mountain, a law firm he operates alongside his father, Delaine Mountain—a former city prosecutor and Public Safety Commissioner. He holds a business management degree and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama. His wife, Lindsay, is a speech-language pathologist with Tuscaloosa City Schools, and their daughter is a student in the district.

Mountain has expressed a strong commitment to public service and education, stating that “serving others was instilled in me at a young age.” He emphasized the importance of supporting Tuscaloosa City Schools, particularly in District 4, which encompasses downtown and the University of Alabama campus.

Beyond his legal practice, Mountain is active in the community, attending First Presbyterian Church and serving on various nonprofit and legal boards both locally and statewide.
