Payroll Office

Use the ESS HARRIS payroll portal to:

· Update your mailing address

· Update your tax withholding

· View and print your paystubs

· View and print your W2

· View current deductions

· View leave balances

Direct Deposit changes must occur in person:

• Come to the Central Office at 1210 Almon Avenue, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401
• Present a valid driver’s license or state government ID card.
• Bring a completed “Direct Deposit Authorization” form, including a voided check or letter from the bank with routing and account numbers.

Our department works to ensure that all employees are paid accurately and timely with the correct tax withholdings and deductions. Be sure to review your monthly paystub and submit any withholding adjustments via ESS HARRIS payroll portal.
