Teacher Incentive

The Employee Referral Program TCS is when an employee refers a candidate for a classroom teacher position to TCS and is Board approved.

If you refer a friend and he/she is board approved to become a teacher for TCS, you will receive $500 (before taxes) or one (1) personal day. 

  • Refer as many friends as you can.
  • You can earn up to two (2) total personal days, but you can earn $500/friend.
  • Make sure the friend's/new teacher's principal signs your form before sending it to HR.
