Applications for membership in the National English Honor Society are now available. Pick up an application in the front office. All applications must be returned to Mrs. Young in RM # 157 no later than Thursday, October 17. Please see Mrs. Young if you have any question.
Students in grade 9 –12, you’re invited to participate in the Christopher Columbus Essay contest sponsored by the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). You may pick up an essay packet from the information board located outside the guidance office. The deadline to submit your essay is November 22, 2019.
The PSAT will be administered on October 16th at PWBHS. The test is available to 9th, 10th, & 11th grade students. The cost of the test is $20. You may sign up using the QR code on the PSAT flyer outside the guidance office, in the cafeteria, or in your classroom. The deadline to register and pay for the test is October 1, 2019. See Mrs. Wilson in the guidance office for more information.
Come and Join Us!!! C.O.P. “Children Of Prayer” will have their opening meeting this Friday, September 27, 2019. The meeting is from 7:45 – 8:15 AM in the Library. We will meet weekly on Mondays in Mr. Moore's RM # 231 and Friday in the library. Spread the word. C.O.P is a place to develop a strong foundation of moral support, self- motivation for students through prayer, open discussion, and much more. For more information See Ms. Edwards in the library.
